Every story begins somewhere. Mine started with sketchbooks, curiosity, and a love for building worlds.
SHERILYN JONES is an author and illustrator behind Post Doodle, LLC, creating imaginative stories and visual worlds for young readers. She is drawn to storytelling that begins with curiosity, the kind that asks questions, notices details, and finds meaning in everyday moments.
Much of Sherilyn's work explores problem-solving, humor, and the small choices that can lead to unexpected outcomes. Through character-driven stories, she enjoys showing how creativity and observation can help kids navigate the world around them with confidence and imagination.
When she’s not writing, she is often sketching ideas, experimenting with new ways to tell stories, or building worlds for the characters she creates. Her work reflects a balance of play and purpose, inviting young readers to slow down, look closer, and engage creatively with the stories they discover.
